I didn't receive my chairs

For starters, RAUL IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. Got an email stating I would receive my chairs on Aug 10. I called off of work, LOST MONEY waiting all day for a shipment that never came. I didn't receive email, phone call or any form of communication letting me know what to expect. This company is very unprofessional. Raul got into a shouting match with me about a full refund. I want a full refund and he said that won't be possible. I'm infuriated!!! How do you sent me my full refund if I've never received my order?!? Raul will bring this company down with his attitude and ego alone. I literally can't believe they hire people like him to work in customer service. I hate to leave reviews but this is your warning STAY AWAY. Im going to fight to get my money back and keep calling and reporting to whomever necessary. Think twice before throwing away your money guys.

A gift was delivered to a relative and was evidently damaged in transit. When I called to report the damage and followed up with photos, the Bizchair customer service rep appeared to want to make it right. Then, multiple emails and phone messages went unanswered. Was disconnected twice. Three weeks later, I still cannot reach anyone, and the issue has not been resolved. I would NOT recommend ordering anything from this company.

Lost my items and got no refund

I had placed an order on June 29th of 100 folding chairs. Paid over 1000.00 and only received 35 chairs. when I put a claim their response was that they have it marked that we received 100 and refused to replaced the missing 65 chairs or give me a refund. We provided still shots of my security surveillance and they had the nerves to reply with the surveillance could of been altered. why would I lie about not receiving my correct order and this was suppose to be for my baby shower. Highly disappointed and feel robbed out of my money.

SOQ-277820 This website has been my biggest nightmare, Tracy the supervisor on the phone, was an absolute nightmare to speak to, very condescending and entitled! Despite a registered phone call that prove that i was promised 7 days shipment, it took over 14 days to get the forniture! when i tried to cxl the order after this company failed to fulfill their promise, i was told i would have to pay $ 350.00!!! What a joke! they don't understand how to take ownership of their own mistakes and go above and beyond!! Pathetic service and awefull costumer service!!! Never ever again i will but from this store!!! They are an absolut fraud!

Company denies responsibility and will not replace defective merchandise. I have escalated issue by filing complaint with Consumer Product Safety Commission. There is a potential for injury since these chairs break and snap unexpectedly.

Company advertises and sells white resin folding chairs that are rated with 1,000 lb. capacity.

Two (2) of my chairs have snapped and broken while individuals were seated. There are safety issues and potential for injury. Company was contacted, however their representatives do not appear to be concerned nor will they acknowledge defect. Chairs are advertised as Hercules brand and are sold by Belnick and BizChair from Canton, Georgia.
Poor customer service.

Chairs that are rated with 1,000 lb. capacity should not snap and break under normal residential use.

There is no reasonable explanation other that products are defective or of inferior quality. Company has not been responsive to consumer complaints and would not satisfactorily address customer's concerns.

Yes I said *** please. I pay $400 for 2 captains beds, which arrive, the first one damaged to the point that I couldn't put it together. They are closed on Sunday, so I order 2 beds from another store, I have twin 7 yr olds, and will be damned if they are sleeping on the floor. Left an email about the damage, called Monday and of course we will do what ever we need to do - *** please - get an email 4 days later telling me to send part numbers to replace 1/2 of the bed - *** please - telling me if I refuse then its my $$$ to send it back... *** you will hear from my attorney...

We ordered several laminate tables for our American Legion. When they arrived three were badly damaged so we had the driver return them.

We got the 2 6 foot tables resent but when we opened the boxes they were badly damaged. We still have not received the 8 foot table which was sent back 9 weeks ago. Shame they don't take care of a veterans organization.

We sent them pictures of the 2 6 foot tables that show the damage but now they want pictures with the tables side by side doesn't make any sense to me. We have ordered tables many times from Bizchair but this will come to an end.

I ordered a table from this company and then was alerted to many very unfavorable reviews. I called 15 minutes after placing my order and cancelled.

The manager of the company sent me an email saying that my credit card would be refunded. It has been one month and I have not received a refund an am told by the manager of Biz Chair that the refund was issued the day after I placed the order. Still no refund and thankfully I paid via PayPal so they are handling this for me. Terrible company.

Terrible customer service.

Lying manager. Enough said!

I agree with you I received two damaged tables took pictures sent them back to Bizchair and still nothing has been done. Don't buy from this company they sell junk and it takes forever to get something done with them.

HORRENDOUS RETURN POLICY!!!!!

Their "standard policy" for returning a chair you've received and sat in for one minute and slide out of -- is YOU PAY FOR THE RETURN AND HAVE TO RESEARCH THE CHEAPEST PAYMENT AND SCHLEP IT AROUND TO GET IT RETURNED! In this day and age, to not have a company responsible return policy for a product that one has to FIT into properly is ridiculous and ABUSIVE to all customers.

I will tell EVERYONE what a HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE policy these company has.

NEVER ORDER FROM BIZCHAR!!!!! I don't know what else to say because apparently I have to type 100 words before it can be submitted, but this is the first company I've encountered that has this type of policy.

Similar experience. Received the 3 captains chairs we ordered based on our chiropractor who ordered similar.

Our chairs were not nearly as firm. The padding was all bunched up in the center of the cushion so that when you sat in them you not only squish down but also pelvis rolls back...exactly what my husband with severe pelvic problems can't have. We ordered these chairs because there were similar ones in his chiropractors office. These chairs are not the same and not acceptable.

In this day and age of internet shopping, for them to not offer a trial period with free returns to make sure their customers are satisfied is utterly ridiculous! Not only do we have to pay the freight back, they will not deduct it from our refund and issue a call tag at their discounted shipping rate. So now we have to shlepp 3 - 25lb boxes to the post office. Cheapest price I could find was $40 for each box.

That's $120 for junk that they should be taking back on their own dime.

There are no resolved solutions listed on this site which is not encouraging. I guess Bizchair just does not care!!!

Complete Disappointment

When I first saw this canopy I fell in love with it because my husband and I we're moving and we we're getting a new bed. i ordered the item from Bizchair about 10 days before we moved and I even put a forwarding address to avoid any snags. Low in behold after I had moved the item was sent to my old address and took about 15 days to get there. The new tenants had sent it back and when I called to track my item, Bizchair told me that it was sent back and that I have to order it all over again and also pay for the return fee they we're charged. To my disappointment It was not my fault that they never bothered to forward it to my forwarding address, when I had done a change of address with the U.S post office the same day i ordered the item. i feel that they want to scam me and not only keep the item I had ordered, but also charge me a fee that should have not been charged in the first place since I wanted the item. The e-mail that the Return manager sent me was incredibly rude and saying the merchandise would be refunded to my credit card but i have not yet seen anything refunded. take my advice! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BIZCHAIR WEBSITE THEY WILL TRY AND SCAM YOU. Their stuff looks nice on-line but it is all a facade.

Damaged in Shipping

I ordered a table from BizChair and it came in damaged. I have been working with the claims department for over a month. BixChairs a a 3 day window where you can call and make a claim if damaged. Well, the item arrived during spring break and therefore was not inspected in thier 3 day window. I first spoke with a customer service rep and explained to them that we had the table longer than 3 days because we were not around and when the teacher opened the box...she tore it open so packaging was damaged. They assured me that it would not be an issue and would submit a claim for me. I received and returned all of the necessary paperwork and their resolition is that I could keep the damaged table and they would give me a 2% discount. Why on earth would I want to keep a damaged table??? and 2% is only $13.00. I am very un-happy and will never order from them again!!!

Terrible Service - Sent Wrong Item, Would Not Correct Mistake

I have never written an online review until today.

I ordered a simple white desk (about 36 lbs ) for my daughter's college apartment. After two weeks I received an 8 lb folding metal table. I called BizChair expecting they would just immediately send me the correct desk with instructions on how to return the incorrect item. Pretty cut and dry to me. Instead, the rep told me they would have to discuss this with their vendor. For the next 5 days, I was treated like some type of thief - I had to exchange multiple emails with BizChair . . . "the vendor" wanted pictures of the box I received, then wanted pictures of the shipping labels, and then wanted me to open the box and send a picture of the actual wrong table.

Finally they agreed they sent the wrong item . . . but then informed me the desk I ordered was now out of stock. They offered me a substitute, which I agreed to, but then a day later informed me the vendor would rather issue me a refund then send the substitute desk. I am still waiting for the refund . . . its been almost a month since I ordered the first desk online.

Honestly, this is the worst customer service experience I've ever had ordering home, office technology or automotive products. I understand mistakes can happen but the reps at BizChair would not or could not do anything for me - only put the blame on the vendor.

I will certainly get my money back, either from them or my credit card company. But I will never even look at the BizChair website again. My advice . . . stay away from them.

Horrible way to treat customers

Ordered two lobby chairs. Received one of them with dents in the metal legs and back. The box did not have any damage that would indicate this happened in shipping. The company is blaming the carrier and now stating that since we didn't notate the damage when delivered they can't go back to the carrier. This is not an issue with the carrier. This was an issue with your product when it was packed in the box. I now have a dented chair in my lobby. When customer's ask me where I got these beautiful chairs from, I say, "Don't even bother ordering from them. They don't stand behind their products" and I point them in another company's direction. All we even asked for was a replacement part which probably costs $12 and they refused or to send us a new chair and we could send this one back, they refused. They wanted to give us $75 and keep the dented chair. If I wanted a dented chair I would have just bought a used chair somewhere else. Disappointed.

I purchased an office chair January 15, 2015. a few weeks later the seat flattened. I wanted to return it but they said they had too send replacement seats first?? they sent two and still the problem continues. Then the seat broke and I sent photos at their request then they approved the refund and it would be coming shortly. They sent it to another person and then I received a email saying there would NOT be any refund?? THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH.
